Hey, I’m Becky!

I’m a brand and commercial photographer based in Dorset, working with businesses who want photography that feels easy, human and genuinely useful.

I help people show up visually in a way that feels like them, not a stiff, corporate version they don’t recognise. That might be a solo business owner who hates being photographed, a growing team who need things to run smoothly, or an organisation who just want to know the job is in safe hands.

Good photography should support your business, not add another thing to stress about. That’s always the starting point for me.

I’ve always loved photographing people and sharing their stories, but brand photography wasn’t something I set out to do on purpose.

Back in 2016, a wonderful friend of mine, Jenny, asked me to take some photos for her website. She didn’t want “standard” headshots. She wanted images that reflected her personality, her warmth and the way she actually worked. Those photos felt different. More relaxed. More personal. More her.

At the time, we had no idea where that shoot would lead, but looking back, that was the start of something pretty big. For both of us. It was the moment I realised how powerful photography could be when it actually reflected the person behind the business, rather than forcing them into a mould.

How I Work

I’ve been photographing people, businesses and events for over 10 years, and one thing has stayed consistent throughout. Most people feel at least a bit awkward in front of the camera.

That’s completely normal, and it’s something I’m very comfortable working with.

My approach is relaxed, practical and quietly organised. I’ll guide you when you need it, keep things moving and help you feel comfortable enough that the photography feels natural rather than forced. There’s no pressure to perform and no expectation that you suddenly love being photographed.

People often tell me the shoot felt far easier than they expected, which is always the aim.

I care a lot about how the process feels, not just the end result.

I want you to feel looked after, understood and supported, whether we’re working together for an hour or over a longer project. I’m calm in busy situations, patient with nerves and very focused on creating an experience that feels straightforward and reassuring.

Good photography should quietly support your business and make everything else feel easier, from showing up online to talking about what you do with more confidence.

My creative process begins with getting to know you and your brand intimately. I focus on creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment where your true self can shine. Whether it’s a personal brand session or a product shoot, I aim to bring out the best in every subject, capturing moments that are genuine and full of life. With over 20 years of experience, I blend my expertise in photography and design to deliver visuals that are not only beautiful but also impactful, helping you connect with your ideal clients.
